Job Description
- Close EB-5 Deals
- Work Hours: 9AM – 6PM
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
- Daily Video Chat Status Report Meetings with headquarters at 9AM
- Compile weekly reports of all branch operations
- Confidently present our Company/Project on stage in front of audiences of 10-300 people
- Manage our online project management/sales management tools
- Report, manage, & track work through online business development tools
- Explain & sell the company’s project to investors & potential business partners
- Make biweekly visits to investors & potential business partners
- Increase effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Communicating values, strategies, and objectives
- Assigning accountabilities
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Developing a climate for offering information and opinions
- Coordinating actions with headquarters staff and Seoul staff
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Job Requirements
Applicant Requirements:
- Computer Literate – we will be using 3-4 online project management/sales management tools that all employees will be required to use without the help of their co-workers
- Self-motivated, hard-working
- Able to start immediately
- Native Vietnamese Speaker
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable speaking with executive-level business professionals & high net worth individuals
- Fast Learner, Well-Dressed, Professional, Excellent Time Management
- Ability to learn complex processes in English
- Minimum of 7 Years of experience in sales
- Industry Experience in at least 1 of the following: EB-5, Real Estate, Sales, Immigration Law
Preferred Education
- Undergraduate University Degree in Engineering, Math, Law, Finance, Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
- Not necessarily required, but strongly preferred: MBA or Other Master’s Degree
