Job Description
- Develop & implement the sales strategies including identification of sales opportunities, channel / territory & customer development & management, sales promotions, effectively competing with competitors, product launch and sales & coverage targets.
- Field sales force management including organizational structure, recruitment, training / coaching, call routing / mapping, KPI setting & follow up, sales regulation & discipline, check & supervision, evaluation and reward & motivation.
- Set up sales systems & policies as territory / channel split, distributors, SOP, sales report & monitoring system, sales / distribution policies & trading terms.
- Budget & manage the trade promotions, trade visibility and off-take driven promotions.
- Coordinate effectively with partners & other functional departments within the company.
- Report to Commercial Director.
Job Requirements
- Male / female from the age of 30 up, university graduate in Economic or Marketing.
- From five-year experience in the MT field/ Channel sales (FMCG) with at least 2 years at the role MT Manager
- Have a passion for and good understanding of implementing the FMCG model.
- Good command of English & good skills of analysis, product development, plan, communication & teamwork.
