Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for new customer acquisition (e-commerce sites, online shops… not yet use Delivery services) and maitain, develop existing customers.
- Build and develop sale and account team to meet monthly target from new and existing customers in in-charged area.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
New Customer Development
- Organize sale team to aquire new customers (online shops, e-commerce sites)
- Advise and support new customer to use Delivery services and work smoothly in at least first 2 months
- Make sure smooth transfer customer to account team after at least 2 months.
Maintain and Develop Existing Customer
- Organize Medium Account team to maintain and continue developing customer handled from sales team, by taking care, building relationship with customers.
- Make sure customer retention
Account and Sales team development
- Recruit new suitable team members
- Training and couching to ensure each staff meet the monthly target.
Planning and analysis
- Get market information from customers, competitors
- Do monthly and quarterly forecast for new and existing customer.
- In building with pricing strategies for services marketed to the target online business customers
Ads and Promotion Management
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns: budgets, detail execution plan,
- Execute and control the campaign to meet the target and under budget.
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE
- Understand how E-commerce operating in Vietnam and E-commerce trending in Vietnam, SEA, and other markets.
- Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics service in Vietnam: characteristics, competitors
- University Graduated

WORKING EXPERIENCES
- Have work experience in advertising, marketing, promotions, or sales. For example: former sales representatives; purchasing agents; buyers; or product, advertising, promotions, or public relations specialists, sales supervisor…
- Used to manage team at least 2 years
- Used to work for or have related in E-commerce field is a plus
