Job Description
Sales & Distribution & Client management :
- Monthly deliver a local sell out target per
Client/ Sales supervisor/PG to achieve a company target.
- Expanding and growing numeric distribution
or coverage depending on potential demand, competition, SKU per Client/region
to maximise all opportunities of products.
- Monthly monitoring and review team and
individual sales performance to meet target.
- Implement daily in store execution, merchandising
and product rotation FEFO on the market.
- Control channel price conflict to ensure a
stability of distribution.
- Client business review by monthly/quarterly
depending on size of business to each Client.
- Develop and Act as a captain in processed
cheese category which is merchandising, Planogram, share or space, visibility.
- Maintain and grow market share in MT retail
environment for products.
- Define a clear vision of brand equity
in-store excellence which delivers brand
communication & brand visibility and maximum shopper interaction and
conversation to call a purchasing at
main areas : on-shelf, secondary display, Planogram at home-shelf, POSM.
Develop and Manage Client/region local sell out budget:
- Follow up closely sell out and inventory in
a daily basic to ensure MTD performance in line with timeline.
MT GtN expenses management :
- Optimize the GtN budget with smart
investment and return on investment for a company.
- Spending efficiency per Client/store base on
volume contribution.
- Monthly accuracy settle payment vs budget
monitoring on time.
Ensure excellence in Field Sales Management :
- Manage Sales supervisor
and PG working agenda to ensure 100% on filed by routing.
- Recruit Sales Rep or PG
staff and ensures integration and development activities.
- Determine monthly sell
out target per Client, Sales Supervisor and PG.
- Monitor sales
performance individually and team.
- Motivate and encourage
sales force in a daily basis.
- Build up teamwork
spirit and supporting attitude among a team including HO.
- Improve sales
capability especially selling and supervision competences.
- Manage staff turnover
rate compliance with market rate in FMCG industry.
- Establish and
monitoring discipline and Ethic activities to ensure all team member follow up
strictly.
Lead and Develops the team :
- Provides quality
leadership internal and external customers in assigned tasks, inclusive of
constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring
others.
- Sells and teaches
others how to sell value solution to shoppers and consumers.
- Ensures encouragement
of participation in the team for training plan: on the job, coaching and formal
training.
- Give appropriate
feedback to the top management.
Allows an efficient communication flow between the different stakeholders :
- By communicating the
sales strategy & business performance to management and different
stakeholders.
- By contributing to
company MT strategy through active participant at internal meetings.
- By transmitting the
feedback from the field to HO.
- By spreading the HO’s instruction to the field correctly.
Job Requirements
1.Educational Qualifications: BA degree or business academy/college.
2.Working Experience: 5-year-experiences in international FMCG environment and KAM position.
3. Technical & Professional competencies required:
- Strong negotiation especially trading term.
- Strong Analytical and planning skills
- Strong Organizational and Leadership skills.
- Strong and deep knowledge of category
management and new product management.
- Knowledge of Distribution and Selling Skills.
- Knowledge of MT Clients, Distributors, and
FMCG Route to market.
